Technical Supervision
We represent the client’s interests throughout the entire construction period. Our task is to ensure that every step of the project is in accordance with the plans, technical specifications, and terms of the contract.
We monitor the construction process through regular on-site presence, documented inspection points, and ongoing technical consultation. We assess the quality of structural and trade work, the suitability of installed materials, and the proportionality of technical and financial performance.
Our goal is not to search for defects after the fact, but to proactively identify and mitigate risks as well as keep the construction process safe and on track.

Design & Build
If you already own a plot of land, we manage the entire process — from design and permitting to construction — under one roof. If you don’t yet own a plot, we’ll assess whether the site you’ve selected is technically suitable for building your dream home.
In the Design & Build model, design and construction take place within an integrated system. Technical and cost considerations set the direction from the very first sketches.
We design a house that fits the characteristics of the plot, the client’s needs, and the available budget. The plans are developed with continuous cost control, ensuring the project stays within the defined financial parameters throughout.

CLT
CLT (cross-laminated timber) technology involves a high-strength, laminated solid wood structure composed of prefabricated elements designed by engineers. It is not a lightweight construction solution, but rather a structurally engineered, precise, and rigid structural system.
One of the technology’s greatest advantages is its predictability and construction precision. During product design, joints and structural connections are predetermined, making on-site construction controlled and predictable.
As a general contractor, we approach CLT projects with a structured engineering mindset. We participate in the preparation of technical decisions, the coordination of product design, and the optimization of joint solutions, working within a unified system from design through construction.
